You can contact me by any of the means available on this page. In all cases I aim to respond within 24 hours.
You can book a free 30 minute consultation call by using the booking link below. This will take you to my Calendly booking page where you can select the date and time for your call. You'll be able to choose if you prefer the call to take place over Zoom (video call) or a voice call. Please also include a brief summary of the issue when prompted, as you fill in the form.
Remember this is just a brief call and no therapy will be given during this time and if you'd like to book a session we can arrange this at the end of the call.

Sessions are available at a range of times throughout the week both online and in person. Please book your free consultation call or send a message to find out more. In person sessions take place at Inner Wisdom Wellbeing, located at 166-167 Lower High Street, Stourbridge, West Midlands, DY8 1TT.
Parking is free outside the building for one hour. Two hours free parking is available on Tesco's carpark nearby.
